Up and Running with Nokia Research Center Cambridge

We "kicked off" Nokia Research Center Cambridge yesterday - this is our new collaboration with MIT/CSAIL. Personally, I am excited about the strong emphasis on the Semantic Web, mostly embodied in a project tentatively dubbed "SwapMe" (a name which - as Ralph Swick pointed out - begs to be changed :-). SwapMe will specifically focus on the use of Semantic Web technologies to realize context-and policy-aware behavior in mobile devices and mobile applications - as such it will build on our earlier work on context-awareness and DIG's work on policy-awareness.
